Description
The first of two small paintings I made for a friend's birthday n.n She loves Harry Potter and Alice in Wonderland so, this is the result 
I finished them over three days, with the sketching done in about an hour last Thursday, and half of Friday night and Saturday morning devoted to painting Cheshire here. I would have done bigger pictures (these are only about..20x15 cm from memory) but it was all a bit last minute
and it was good painting practise anyway although I'm a bit disappointed with the background.

and this design of Cheshire belongs to Tim Burton and Disney of course
also sorry for the quality of the photo, it was just after i'd varnished it so it's all rather shiny and blurry, but it's the best one I have out of the snaps I took

I ne'er watched a new Alice, but saw a trailer. The Cat one of the awesomest heroes of Alice, in every work on that theme: Hallmark's Alice (W.Goldberg 
), Disney's Alice (both cartoon & this new), e'en American McGee's Alice (well, a noire version, but still is), and in USSR cartoon series (Kiev Science Film studio, Киевнаучфильм).
